Vivian Tong

Vivian is currently a Project Manager on the IBI Living+ team. She has 10 years of experience within the architecture and urban design sectors at IBI Group. With her specialization in multi-family residential and mixed-use developments, Vivian’s expertise is in overseeing and coordinating projects through rezoning and development permitting phases.

Her strong organizational skills and ability to introduce innovative solutions are assets to her team and her clients. Vivian’s most recently completed project is Centreview in North Vancouver, a multi-tower residential and office development with retail, affordable housing and daycare components. She is currently working on two rental projects in Vancouver’s historic Victory Square area and an office building in Mt. Pleasant. Vivian has received both a Masters of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Geography from the University of British Columbia.
